The valley that is in the first National Park of Nepal - Langtang National Park, could be linked with Sherpa dominant valley of Helembu either by Gosainkunda Pass (4,610m) or by Ganja La pass (5,106m). While Gosainkunda pass is comanly used by trekkers to traverse to Helambu, Ganja La has always been concern of trekkers. Ganja La makes the trekking to Langtang one of the challenging trek of Nepal with unfavorable weather conditions. Good equipment and knowledge of mountaineering is a prerequisite for this trekking.
