Ganesh Himal (7429m) is located in western Nepal between Manaslu and Langtang ranges. Ganesh Himal range is not very far from Kathmandu valley and is easily accessed. The trekking starts from Betrawati (six hours drive from Kathmandu ) and ends at Gorkha (seven hours drive from Kathmandu ). Trekking route goes through the maximum elevation of 4600m to 5000m.
Part of the trek is very difficult because of high pass and narrow trails. Good health and prior experience of hiking is necessary Trekking in this region is recommended for its rich Flora: the impressive display of berberis, primula, orchids and a variety of Ferns , the valleys set ablaze by yellow blossoms of double Jasmine, the forest densed with Spanish oak, blue pine, and in Spring time blossoming of the rhododendron set whole
forest alight in spectacular arrays of color. The trekking route passes through quite Tamang villages, hot spas, gorges and glaciers and reaches Sangjung Kharka and Khola Kharka to view Ganesh Himal V & II, Langtang Li Rung (7,225m) and Paldor etc. The trek offers a superb opportunity to enjoy magnificent mountains and to discover rich flora in this remote region of Nepal . |

Drive Kathmandu (1350m) to Betrawati (800m), trek to Chapdanda (1220m). |
Day 02 |
Trek to Bhalche (2020m). |
Day 03 |
Trek to Gonga (2800m). |
Day 04 |
Kharka to Rupchet (3720m). |
Day 05 |
Acclimatization day, and hiking around the valley. |
Day 06 |
Crossing the Singla Bhanjyang (4750m) and camp at Phedi (3545m). |
Day 07 |
Trek to Pansang Bhanjyang (4000m). |
Day 08 |
Rest and hiking around the valley. |
Day 09 |
Trek to Tipling (2500m). |
Day 10 |
Trek to Sertung(2050m). |
Day 11 |
Trek to Sapchet (1500m). |
Day 12 |
Trek to Darkha (1250m). |
